Gearbox Oil Flow Test Stand

The Bauer Model 3076 Gearbox Oil Flow Test Stand is designed to test the oil nozzles of engine gearboxes utilizing Mil-L-23699 turbine oil in accordance with the applicable CMM test procedures.

• Oil pumping system capable of supplying up to 10 GPM at pressures up to 200 PSIG
• PLC-controlled oil temperature conditioning circuit capable of maintaining test temperatures between 95° and 275°F
• Test cassette slides out from chamber for gearbox mounting/dressing with tooling/hoses without leaning into the test chamber
