Bauer Names Steve West as Vice President of Sales
BRISTOL, Conn., - Bauer has named Steve West as Vice President of Sales. West has over 20 years of experience in capital equipment sales and service. His experience in the aviation community, specifically with aviation test systems, comes from serving as Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing for Avtron Aerospace from late 2010 through 2017.
Having worked for ABB and later KUKA robotics, he’s helped customers in a wide range of industries and applications improve productivity, quality and safety through the adoption of robot automation. He began his career in human resources, and in 1998 transitioned into technical service management and eventually into sales while at ABB. Most recently, Steve worked as the NA head of sales for a leading supplier of large-format metal 3D printers used in the aerospace industry.
In addition to his sales and customer support oversight, West will join Bauer’s leadership team to help set and drive the company’s strategic initiatives.
