Michael Auletta has been promoted to President of Bauer. As President, Auletta will lead Bauer’s global growth strategy, strengthen customer partnerships, and align the organization to support increasing demand.
About Michael Auletta
Auletta joined Bauer in 2015 and has held leadership roles across the organization. From 2019 to 2021, he was based in Singapore, where he expanded Bauer’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region and strengthened key customer relationships.
Following his return to the United States, Auletta assumed leadership of Bauer's aftermarket business, driving improvements in customer support, service execution, and long-term customer value.
He has most recently held responsibility for global sales & marketing, where he has led the organization through a period of sustained growth. Under his leadership, Bauer has achieved record growth for three consecutive years.
Auletta is a recipient of the Hartford Business Journal's 2025 Forty under 40 Awards and the US Small Business Administration's 2025 National Exporter of the Year Award, 2025 New England Exporter of the Year Award, and 2025 Connecticut Exporter of the Year Award.
