The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for design of aviation test and ground support equipment and the respective tooling/mechanics associated with the equipment. This activity will include pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical design and analysis. Strong teamwork and communication skills are required to succeed as the mechanical design engineer will be required to collaborate with other engineers, manufacturing, quality, and vendors.
CNC Machinist/Toolmaker
The CNC Machinist/Toolmaker is directly responsible for MasterCam and ProtoTrax setup, and operation associated with the CNC machining centers (Trax LPMs & Haas VF4-SS) as well as the operation of all other machinery typically associated with a machine shop. Field Service Engineer
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for providing technical assistance, product support, and field service for all Bauer test equipment. This includes system checkout at the Bauer facility, on-site equipment startup, customer training, and ongoing technical support.
