Electrical Assembly Technician is a key member of Bauer’s manufacturing team, responsible for building, wiring, and integrating complex electrical systems for custom test equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aerospace industry standards and practices, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy.
Mechanical-Hydraulic Technician
The Mechanical-Hydraulic Technician is an important member of the team that builds and tests our product within budget and schedule. This position produces high quality assemblies in accordance with specific engineering drawings and is closely involved with the project from beginning of assembly, through testing and shipment.
Field Service Engineer
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for providing technical assistance, product support, and field service for all Bauer test equipment. This includes system checkout at the Bauer facility, on-site equipment startup, customer training, and ongoing technical support.
Controller
The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for a mid-size manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership to provide financial insight, drive cost control, and support strategic decision-making.
