The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for design of aviation test and ground support equipment and the respective tooling/mechanics associated with the equipment. This activity will include pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical design and analysis. Strong teamwork and communication skills are required to succeed as the mechanical design engineer will be required to collaborate with other engineers, manufacturing, quality, and vendors.
Field Service Engineer
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for providing technical assistance, product support, and field service for all Bauer test equipment. This includes system checkout at the Bauer facility, on-site equipment startup, customer training, and ongoing technical support.

The Electrical Engineer position is responsible for the electrical system design on custom test equipment developed for specific applications. The candidate should display detailed knowledge of electrical power systems, electrical control/distribution systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition. Strong teamwork and communication skills are required. This position is intimately involved with the project from inception through installation at the customer’s site.
